How far in advance can I book parking online?

Most of our car parks can be booked up to 7 days in advance, though some of our special offers may only be available at limited times.

How do I locate and access my parking spot?

Every car park listed on our platform is equipped with easy visual signs to guide you towards the SureReserve parking area and you can easily navigate to your reserved parking spot.

Is the reservation guaranteed?

Absolutely ! You will be able to park instantly in the car park you selected at the time of booking. Hourly extensions can be made once you have parked however, they are subject to availability.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Reservation can be cancelled free of cost, if the cancellation is requested 24 hrs before the booking. Errors in bookings must be rectified within 2 minutes of making your booking to avoid booking fees.
